Guanella Pass Scenic Byway是一條有歷史意義的風景線，北從70號州際公路旁的喬治城(Georgetown，在丹佛西邊約45哩)，南至US285公路的小鎮Grant，全長約22哩，是早期連接 Georgetown和 Grant兩個產礦小鎮的道路，這兩個小鎮在1860年代是有名的銀礦產地。Georgetown目前更發展為觀光小鎮，這兒有礦業博物館，有蒸氣小火車穿行在山腰載觀光客去參觀古礦坑(此火車類似阿里山高山火車)。

每年的九月中旬，這條景觀道路是一處觀賞白楊樹(Aspen)樹葉變色的絕佳景點，滿山滿谷金黃閃爍的Aspen往往給遊客一個震撼。

目前由Georgetown到Guanella Pass道路都已鋪設好，沿途有早期礦坑遺址、幾個湖泊和露營區，若時間許可，沿著小路可更深入一些高山湖。

這條景觀道路的最高點Guanella Pass海拔11669呎/ 3557公尺，距北方的Georgetown約10哩，距南方的Grant約12哩。此地有兩個蠻大的停車場，並有廁所設置。此地登山口非常熱門，往東可登兩座14ers-Mt. Bierstadt和Mt. Evans；往西可登Square Top Mountain 。就是不想登山，這兒的風景也是很美的。

由Guanella Pass南下到Grant有一大部份僅是石子路，而且山路陡峭彎曲，但會經過一些大草原，風景蠻美的。
